Jui Paturkar is a Cosmetics Formulation Scientist
with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Being always an academically strong person, she has masters in cosmetic technology. Jui has a crisp
way of working with all forms of ingredients to develop innovative products.
She has worked in companies with large and small teams always
leading the way which reflects in her day to day professionalism.
She has worked in industry's top companies like L'Oreal, Fem and
Johnson & Johnson's in Quality and R&D departments. Jui has topped her
graduation rankings and pursues each project with utmost precision.
Formulating products to keep up with market trends,
using marketable natural ingredients and finding cost
effective solutions as per customer’s demands is Jui’s area
of expertise. After heading the R&D department at a company
which started feeling like her very own venture, Jui is now
committed to helping big and small brands through June Cosmetics Solutions.
She has worked in all stages of product development and relates
to the challenges faced by SME’s. Her knowledge of standards like
GMP, ISO, FDA brings a compliant methodology and feasibility sense
to her formulations.
Possesses great management skills with excellent technical knowledge which is a rare combination in this industry.
