Jui Paturkar is a Cosmetics Formulation Scientist
with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Being always an academically strong person, she has masters in cosmetic technology. Jui has a crisp
way of working with all forms of ingredients to develop innovative products.
Jui has worked in companies with large and small teams always
leading the way which reflects in her day to day professionalism.
She has worked in industry's top companies like L'Oreal, Fem and
Johnson & Johnson's in Quality and R&D departments. Jui has topped her
graduation rankings and pursues each project with utmost precision.
Formulating products to keep up with market trends,
using marketable natural ingredients and finding cost
effective solutions as per customer’s demands is Jui’s area
of expertise. After heading the R&D department at a company
which started feeling like her very own venture, Jui is now
committed to helping big and small brands through June Cosmetics Solutions.
Jui has worked in all stages of product development and relates
to the challenges faced by SME’s. Her knowledge of standards like
GMP, ISO, FDA brings a compliant methodology and feasibility sense
to her formulations.
Jui possesses great management skills with excellent technical knowledge which is a rare combination in this industry.
She loves to explore new formulations, raw materials, natural ingredients, organic additives and natural substitutes so that we can give the best to the industry with our expertise.
Neha Kundarap is a Cosmetics Regulatory and Certification specialist who has over 10 years of experience in global cosmetics regulations.
She has also successfully worked on projects that dealt with getting brands on global markets like the EU, USA-Canada, Australia, APAC and the UAE.
Neha has worked in every part of the product life cycle closely. From product conceptualization to working with and training marketing staff, from costings to NPD project management. - She says "Working at each step in a product lifecycle is a useful tool to know what goes into making a product a success from start to end. The clarity of process flow is immense and the timelines for each step in a product launch are crucial."
Neha has extensively worked with certifications like the Soil Association, Cruelty Free International, Ecocert, COSMOS, along with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 and other global standards. She has also worked in ingredient sourcing and vendor management that satisfy certification criteria.
Having lived and worked in London for various cosmetics brands, Neha brings a fresh perspective, market trends and innovative raw materials and to our developments.
